Fantasizing of becoming the strong muscular bodybuilder seen in the magazines, Jimmy got the bug for bodybuilding in 1976. He was very intrigued by the idea that you could sculpt and carve a body into whatever you dreamed it to be. His motivation and passion ignited his path to physical fitness. He spent many years discovering and perfecting
technique and form, and was continuously experimenting with different cardio conditioning programs and eating plans to complement the hard work of muscle development.
Through a lot of perseverance, discipline and trial and error, he developed his program A.B.B.T., (advanced bodybuilding techniques). In 1984 he started coaching and training clients. Whatever the desired outcome….
whether it be to build significantly more muscle, tone the body, or simply for strength and flexibility…. all was accomplished quickly and efficiently by using the A.B.B.T. techniques.
After fulfilling his own dream of attaining the body that he longed for, Jimmy became a top body model. Because of his classic looks and chiseled, detailed muscular body, he began working all over the country with numerous well-known photographers.
Throughout the years Jimmy has worked with all kinds of people for all different reasons. He has improved people’s lives by helping them to overcome whatever blocks they might have, from “I can’t” to “I CAN!” He can be intense, but very patient. He is a great motivator, has the ability to get more out of you, and has superb instincts that can only come from years of experience. But Jimmy’s best feature is his gift to communicate his knowledge to you so that you truly understand. You take it in and it’s yours. It’s more than just fitness for Mr. Aquino, it’s living the good life…. for life. The benefits of a physical body are wonderful, but more importantly are the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and a healthy mind. “My body is a by-product of my mind.”, he says. “Create peace of mind and magic happens.” |
