A.B.B.T. specializes in the components of fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility to achieve fitness objectives. It also focuses on educating clients on exercise, stretching, eating programs, and supplementation. Through personal training, coaching and workshops, you’ll be taught what will work best for you in order to change physically and mentally.

Changing your body requires hard work and discipline. Changing your mind and attitude requires understanding and wisdom. What keeps you from simply working hard? What keeps you from understanding? Training can be done in the privacy and convenience of your own home, your buildings gym, outdoors or at my apartment in Brooklyn Heights. Coaching is done in person or by phone. Many clients find coaching to be an invaluable tool. Thirty-four years of personal experience, physical, emotional and mental, will be available to tap into.
